It is almost ALWAYS an easier option to sand/refinish your floors than to replace your floor. If you replace them, you need to pay for the additional wood as well as having the old floor removed and is more expensive.
For this process, our team will carefully sand the surface of your wood floors. If there are any deep scratches or areas with discoloration or water damage, we can replace the damaged boards with matching wood flooring. Then, we’ll apply a stain of your choice. We feature Loba brand stains.
Finally, we’ll finish the flooring with a matte, satin, semi-gloss or gloss seal from the highly touted brand, Bona. Should you opt for water-based finish, we use Bona or Loba products which have multiple offerings from light residential to commercial grade finishes.
